Wow, Its Been Awhile

In the last few months, we have been going going going like crazy. We had our trip to Boston, which deserves its own post. We have been enjoying summer thoroughly. Going to the park, swimming, Fourth of July stuff, family stuff, spontaneous trip to Park City. It has been great. So not a lot of time has been spent on updating. Oops. I will be better. Hopefully.

Ethan has been so funny lately. He is soaking up things like a sponge. He can recognize all letters and we're working on writing them. He has such a great imagination. The other day, he came up to me after reading his Diego book, and told me he had a baby Diego jaguar on his shoulder. Then he proceeded to do things with his jaguar and even decided to share his fruit snacks, which were actually eaten by Brayden but Ethan doesn't have to know that. This kid amazes me with how much he knows and understands. I can't get enough of his "I love you so much, mom!" He says it all the time and I absolutely love it. He is such a sweet, loving, friendly kid. He loves his primary class and for the most part is pretty good. I am in the 7-8 year old class so I get to watch him in Jr. Primary. He is such a little stud and is so friendly to his little classmates. Can you tell I love this kid??

Brayden, Brayden, Brayden. I love this kid. He is such a spunky little guy. He has so much attitude but also so much love at the same time. He screams at the top of his lungs, then laughs about something the next second. He is getting quite the personality and I love seeing it come out. He is such a little climber and talks like no one's business, even if we can't understand him. He says so many words and picks up on so many new ones everyday. He amazes me as well with how smart and sponge-like he is. He is still very much a mama's boy, which has made the only week we took him to nursery a bit difficult. He got very upset when I left, he threw himself on the ground and got a bloody nose. Which happened to get all over one of the nursery subs! I felt so awful!! As soon as I sat down with my class, I was summoned to the bathroom to help calm him down. He wouldn't let me let go of him after that so he chilled with me until he fell asleep. Let me tell you, 1-4 church is extremely difficult for two kids who still take naps at that time. We will keep trying so I hope he warms up to it soon. Good things about this kid, he is so sweet and still loves to cuddle with me and 'ban-tee' (blanket). I absolutely love his 6 tooth grin and can't get enough. I am so in love with my boys, its ridiculous! There is nothing better than being a mom, even on those days I feel like its the worst. I can't imagine being any where other than with my boys. But breaks are needed, for sure :)

Brian is still working like crazy. We may have another change in job situation soon. The company he works for now is considering selling to a bigger company. And that would mean Brian would have to find a new job. Once again. But this is our life and I wouldn't have it any other way! He is such a hard worker and does so much for his employer, there is always a good job waiting for him. I'm hoping the next one will be a little more permanent but who knows??

I am just enjoying being a mom. As you can tell, my boys are my world, all three of them. And I wouldn't have it any other way!

 Love this kid!
Dinosaur Park, he loves it there!
Jet skiing at Pine View. Thanks Jason and Debbie for inviting us!

Just being cute in dad's boots.

Coloring. These boys love to color!

Another hair cut, not too excited about it if you can't tell. Thanks BJ for the awesome pics!

Also not very excited about it. We had to. He was getting too long in the back. Almost mullet like.

Look how handsome they are! All ready to keep playing and now hopefully cooler, especially Ethan without all that curly hair on top. I love these kids!
