So awhile ago, almost a month ago, Brian went to a job interview down in Orem. The interview went really well and Brian was feeling pretty good about things driving home. Well, up until a trailer came unhitched from a truck and side-swiped him. He saw it coming so he just braced himself, since he couldn't move due to cars surrounding him. He was on the freeway, going about 65 miles an hour. How he came out unscathed is a huge blessing. Huge! His truck is all banged up on the right side but honestly, its not very noticeable because the whole side was scratched up before the accident. He can't really open the passenger door and the bumper is falling off. Brian didn't even get hurt, at all. I offered to give him a massage or two to help him avoid getting too sore but he didn't take me up on it. He didn't even get whiplash. What a huge blessing!! We still don't know if he got that job or not but hopefully this week. Cross your fingers!
Later that night, it started raining, a lot. Ethan wanted to play outside so I let him. But he really didn't want to get wet. I tried to get him to go out in the rain but he did not want to. Until he saw his friend, Wyatt, go out and play. Then he was ok with it. He had so much fun getting wet and playing with his friends. When we finally came inside, he was soaking wet and shaking but had a huge grin on his face. I love that kid!
